- Name, email address, phone number.
- Course chosen, preferred dates, message text.
- IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies and server logs.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We answer enquiries, register you for courses, perform our contract, meet legal duties and improve the site, relying on your specific and informed consent and on steps taken at your request before contracting, under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.
4. Seller identification
Before any transaction we disclose our legal name, registered location, registration code, contacts and licence details, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Article 7.
5. Sharing and retention
Data goes only to confidentiality-bound processors (hosting, email, payments) or to authorities where law requires; we never sell it. Enquiries are kept 12 months after last contact, booking and accounting records for the statutory period, consent records until withdrawal.
6. Cookies
Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only with prior informed consent, except strictly necessary technical storage, under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020.
7. Security
Access control, encryption in transit and staff confidentiality protect data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Your rights
Write to contact@itoutsourciing.com to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object, or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
