Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Seller identification

These details are provided before you enter into a transaction, as required by Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" of 3 September 2015.
2. Prices and booking
Prices are shown in UAH and include applicable taxes. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and we send written confirmation by email. Descriptions of services, results and accreditation are accurate and substantiated, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" of 3 July 1996.
3. Rescheduling
Free rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the session starts. Later changes may be declined or carry the administrative fee shown at checkout.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation 48+ hours before start: full refund within 10 business days.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: refund less documented costs.
- Non-attendance: no refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If we cancel or reschedule: full refund or free rescheduling.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" of 10 June 2023 remain unaffected.
5. Simulator technical requirements
Online simulator sessions require a connection of at least 10 Mbps, a desktop or laptop with a current browser, keyboard, mouse and headset audio. Mobile-only use is not supported; unmet requirements do not entitle you to a refund of consumed sessions.
6. Complaints and personal data
Send complaints to contact@itoutsourciing.com; we reply within 10 business days. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX "On Personal Data Protection" of 25 April 2024, as described in our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your prior consent, per the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" of 16 December 2020.
