Inherent risk

Advanced driver training involves inherent risk. Our materials, simulations and instruction do not remove that risk, and no course can guarantee that an accident will be avoided on a public road. Safe driving always depends on the driver, the vehicle, the road and traffic conditions.

No guaranteed outcomes

• We do not guarantee passing any driving exam or the issue of a driving licence.
• We are not an official certification body and do not act for, or with the approval of, any government authority.
• Simulation results depend on equipment, settings and individual performance, and may vary between users and sessions.
• Scores and feedback are training aids only and are not a legal or professional assessment of driving competence.

Advertising and claims

Statements about courses, results, safety and price describe our own programmes and are made in good faith. Under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996, misleading or unverifiable claims are prohibited; where a result depends on individual circumstances, we say so.

Your rights and our obligations

Before you buy, we identify ourselves as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Article 7. Information on the service, price, terms, the complaint procedure and your consumer rights is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023. Personal data is handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024, and non-essential cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020.
